I first came up with the idea of Speak Up after going through struggles in my life and not realising how helpful it is to talk about those struggles. This meant I went through a lot of it alone at the time, but since coming out on the other side, and after a lot of conversations with friends, I wanted to spread awareness on how helpful it truly can be to Speak Up.
